**Physical Annual Exam Fee $8.00
This exam is good for one year, and is an AVMA legal requirement for any prescription medication of heartworm prevention and flea and tick prevention. If you are ONLY getting vaccines, an exam is not required;
however, the veterinarian on staff may require an exam prior to vaccinating and it is up to his/her discretion.
**This exam MUST be given by our CSRA Life Saver veterinarians as they are the ones who are prescribing the medications. We do apologize, but we cannot accept physical exams from your personal full service veterinarian.**
**Physical Annual Exam Fee $15.00
For Online Pharmacy Orders **
These exams include a Prescription for ordering medications through online pharmacies. Orders placed through online pharmacies require verification by clinic staff members and extra charting documentation, and, therefore, there is an extra charge to provide these services.
We recommend that vaccines should be spaced apart 4 weeks to ensure optimal immune response and the best health for your pet. For example, if your pet needs multiple vaccines ( Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) we recommend waiting a month between giving the Rabies to give the Distemper and Bordetella, especially in very small dogs ( dogs under 20 pounds) who are susceptible to feeling very sick and run down after too many vaccines are given at once.
**Shot schedule for
puppies and kittens**
Puppies upon first visiting us will receive the following:

and a dewormer ($5)
