Our goal at CSRA Life Saver is to Save Lives Through Prevention & Education. Preventing unwanted litters is a major way to help the overpopulation crisis. If people actually knew how many healthy dogs and cats are euthanized in shelters, they would think differently about spaying and neutering and would make it a priority for their pet. Everyone loves dogs and cats, so to think they are being killed due to an over-population crisis is a sobering thought. The more fixed through prevention, the less that will end up in area shelters. Do it for them.

CSRA Life Saver is an affordable veterinary clinic. We offer vaccines, heartworm testing/prevention, flea and tick prevention, and microchipping. All of our fees are on "Fees" page.
Although we would like to help with sick or injured animals, we ARE NOT a full service veterinary clinic. So, any pet medical issues or emergencies should be taken directly to a local full service veterinary clinic. *Attention* Please note that we need everyone signed in for vaccines 30 minutes prior to closing to ensure your pet gets seen before the veterinarian leaves. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. |
Beginning March 1, 2020 we are excited to announce some new changes we are implementing to better serve our clients.
To continue to provide the best heartworm and flea products at an affordable price, we are going to carry, in-house, the following prescription medications: Heartgard Nexgard Trifexis Advantage Multi (cats) Seresto Collars (dogs & cats) We will carry these products in single doses and six packs for purchase in the clinic, and also through our website. We are discontinuing Interceptor Plus and Advantage Multi (for dogs) and will phase out these products over a short time. After that, you can purchase through 1-800 Petmeds or Chewy and have products delivered to your door. We are happy to help you set up accounts with these pharmacies if you need assistance. Also, beginning March 1st, our Wellness Exam is increasing to $25 and we will discontinue the prescription fee for online pharmacy orders. We do not offer full-service treatment (sick or injured), but our veterinarians do a thorough exam and will let you know if there are any issues that need to be addressed. We are adding some new services in March too! We will be offering Lyme Disease testing and vaccinations, and Lepto vaccines at affordable prices. We expect to see an active flea and tick activity this spring and are offering these vaccines to help better protect your pet’s health. Information about these new vaccines is available on our website: www.CSRALIFESAVER.com and in the clinic. Our goal is to offer high quality affordable and convenient wellness health services for your pets, and we work hard to keep our costs as low as possible. We are excited about our new services and are always open to your suggestions and feedback. Thank you to all our loyal customers over the years! Come see us soon and bring a friend!! |
**Every dog needs to be on a leash, and every cat needs to be in a carrier. This is for everyone's safety, your animal's first and foremost. If you don't have a carrier, a cardboard box should suffice. Poke holes in for air, and tape shut. Please note that if your cat comes without a carrier, we will require the purchase of a cardboard carrier. The cost is $7.50 and they can usually be reused.**

Since opening as a spay/neuter clinic in 2003, we have successfully spayed and neutered over 27,000 animals. This HAS to be making a difference in the amount euthanized in the CSRA each year. With your help, we can decrease the amount euthanized which is around 13,000 every year due to severe over-population. Please make the responsible choice and have your pet fixed. At the prices offered at local discounted clinics, there isn't a reason not to have it done.
