If you witness animal abuse, please call your local county shelter with the following information:

Name of person committing the abuse if known.

Exact address where abuse or neglect is happening - (please don't be vague and say across from the big church on Main Street).   A lot of times, if an exact address is not given, the abuse cannot be looked in to.

State what you have witnessed. 

A picture is worth 1,000 words, so if there is any way to get pictures, please do. Keep track of dates and times if it has been an ongoing problem.
